We've launched new features such as powerful notifications, enhanced Profile functions, and improved services like Jobs.
Introducing Coffee Events 2025
In the new year, we'll launch the all-new Coffee Events. It's fully integrated into United Baristas and has been completely rebuilt to better connect the coffee community. You can now easily explore coffee events by location, format and type. Plus, events are automatically displayed across United Baristas based on your location.
More updates are coming next year
This concludes the first phase of our work building United Baristas Services, but we're only just getting started. The next phase includes a new design and additional features.

We are starting to implement new Company Profiles on United Baristas Market. • Market Stalls will be transitioned to new Company Profiles – we will let you know when you have to update your profile New Company Profiles have a host of new features. Watch this space for details.

We are implementing new profiles for individuals on United Baristas. • New people category: https://services.unitedbaristas.com/service/directory/people/ • New design and functions are being introduced You can use currently available functions while we do this work and we'll be updating relevant people when this feature is implemented so you can finish updating your profile and benefit from the new functions. 💪

United Baristas Services – bringing everything together [Project Ensemble]
Work has started this autumn on Project Ensemble, our effort to bring together all our services into one place. It's going to be a massive, multi-stage project that will take much of 2024 as we integrate jobs, new and used equipment, companies and profiles as well as commercial sales. The first big step was incorporating Equipment into Market so that it would integrate with Marketplace and Company Profiles. Many of you are already finding this useful, so we are embarking on the next step. We are updating you now so can appreciate the bigger picture as we make the next updates. Together, they'll build the future of United Baristas. Specific updates to follow as changes are made. And if you have any suggestions drop us a line. Incorporating Equipment functions in United Baristas Market
Okay, this is a massive update. Based on the learning from United Baristas Equipment [Beta], we paused development in 2021 with intention of implementing those functions directly into United Baristas Market. Today, we are announcing that work is underway to: • incorporate the equipment directory directly into United Baristas Market • move all company profiles, including engineers, into United Baristas Market • implement associated servicing and retailer searches into United Baristas Market We will notify impacted businesses once we have prepared the necessary steps for the transition.
