Help Centre Articles
Yes, we are well aware that an increasing number of articles are out-of-date following recent updates across United Baristas. We have started working on articles to make them even more helpful.
It's a time-consuming task, so please bear with us while we make the changes and feel free to contact support if you have any questions.
Help Centre design and function
The new Help Centre has improved search so it's easier to find what you are looking for. And we can also profile key articles, such as the step-by-step listing guide when you are listing an article for sale on United Baristas Market – just click the Help button whenever you see it.
The design of the new Help Centre is currently basic, but functional. We'll add and update the critical content and then loop back around to make it make it look more pretty.
United Baristas provides email support to users. You can contact us from a number of places across Help Centre and United Baristas, including here. For security and speed, always contact us using email address associated with your United Baristas account.
