We've made improvements and changes to People Profiles on United Baristas.

New features and improvements

• Showcase your work and achievements with Experiences
• Communicate your openness to a new coffee job
• Add profile picture and header image

Experiences

You can now add key experiences from your coffee career. Communicate periods of employment, achievements and awards. Think of it as a potted version of your CV. Most people looking for work should add 2 to 5 experiences.

Open to work?

You can now display your openness to a new job. Opt for:

• Looking for my next job, or
• Open to opportunities

If you select either of these options, the enquiry form is displayed on your profile so companies can contact you without you having to share your email, phone or socials.

Profile pictures

Add a profile picture and header to your profile to make it your own.

Expiry & renewal

To keep United Baristas tidy, you'll need to update your profile at least every 18 months otherwise it'll be unpublished and subsequently deleted several weeks later.

Next steps

These updates are all compatible with forthcoming changes to better integrate United Baristas services. This is a multi-step project for us and updates will be incrementally rolled out into early 2025.

New design

A new Profile design is scheduled for early 2025. Start using these new features from today and they'll be further enhanced with the new design.
